Jimale and Adnan

In the matter of *Jimale and Adnan*, heard by Bennett J, the application concerned the removal of two children, W Jimale and G Jimale, from the Airport Watch List maintained by the Australian Federal Police. The dispute centred on whether the existing court orders, specifically those made on 9 April 2010, which had placed the children on the watch list, should be discharged and their names removed from all points of international arrival and departure in Australia.

Furthermore, the Court clarified that paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Order made on 9 April 2010 in proceedings MLC3187/2010 between Ms Jimale and the State Central Authority were discharged.
