The applicant was to discharge the mortgage over the Property F property and indemnify the respondent in relation to it. Each party was to be solely liable for their own personal debts and liabilities and to indemnify the other in respect of those debts. The applicant was granted the sole right to use and occupy the Property F property pending its transfer. The court also provided for the Registrar or Deputy Registrar to execute documents on behalf of the respondent if he refused to do so.
