Isaacks and Baliston

In the matter of *Isaacks and Baliston*, heard by Judge Newbrun, the dispute concerned a contravention application brought by the mother. The mother sought to have the father found in contravention of existing parenting orders.

The court was required to determine whether the father had contravened the parenting orders in place and, consequently, what orders should be made regarding the children's time with each parent.

Judge Newbrun dismissed the mother's contravention application. The court discharged an order made on 5 September 2018 and reinstated the interim parenting orders made on 28 February 2018. These reinstated orders stipulated that the children would spend time with the mother each alternate weekend from Friday at 5:00 pm to Sunday at 5:30 pm, with this arrangement to commence on Friday 30 November 2018.
