CaseChat Overview and Summary
The court examined the application and the agreement in detail, focusing on its compliance with the Fair Work Act 2009 and the Fair Work Regulations 2009. It assessed whether the agreement contained the required provisions, such as minimum wages and conditions, and whether the process for its approval was correctly followed, including any necessary notifications and opportunities for objections.
