Hunt and Stinson & Anor

In the matter of *Hunt and Stinson & Anor*, heard before Cronin J, the dispute concerned applications for interim orders and the subsequent release of documents produced under subpoena. The parties involved were Mr Hunt, the wife, and the husband.

Furthermore, the wife's solicitors were ordered to execute a similar acknowledgement addressed to Mr Hunt. The husband's application for interim orders filed on 18 June 2012 was dismissed.

Upon receipt of these executed acknowledgements by the solicitors for the husband and Mr Hunt, all documents produced under subpoena were to be released for inspection and copying.
