Hubert & Anor and Juntasa

In the matter of *Hubert & Anor and Juntasa*, heard before Watts J, the applicants sought orders for the child P to live with them and for them to have equal shared parental responsibility for the child. The respondent, Juntasa, was the child's parent.

The court was required to determine whether it was in the best interests of the child for P to live with the applicants and whether to make orders for equal shared parental responsibility.

Watts J ordered that the child P live with the applicants, Mr Hubert and Mr Peralta. Furthermore, the court ordered that the applicants have equal shared parental responsibility for making decisions regarding both long-term and day-to-day issues concerning the child.
