This matter concerned an application by the respondent husband to set aside an order made by Registrar Turner on 7 July 2009. The dispute arose from the husband's application for an extension of time to file an Itemised Costs Account and Notice Disputing Itemised Costs Accounts, which related to an earlier order made by Justice Coleman on 14 December 2006. The husband was also ordered to pay the wife’s costs of and incidental to both the Registrar's order and the current application, to be agreed or assessed.
