Hennessy and Hennessy

In *Hennessy and Hennessy*, heard by Judge Harland, the dispute concerned the parenting arrangements for five children. The court was tasked with determining where the children should live and who should hold parental responsibility for them, as well as the extent of the mother's time with the children.
