Harrison and Harrison and Ors

In the matter of *Harrison and Harrison and Ors*, Dessau J of the Supreme Court of Victoria was required to determine a range of interlocutory issues arising from proceedings between the parties. The dispute involved claims concerning a dairy herd and associated losses or damages.
