In the matter of *Halleson & Isidro*, heard before Gill J of the Family Court of Australia, the dispute concerned applications made by the Mother and Father. The court granted leave for legal practitioners to electronically access material produced on subpoena by the H Centre and requested the Canberra Registry of the Family Court of Australia to promptly email electronic copies of these documents to the legal practitioners.

The court was required to determine the future conduct of the proceedings, specifically whether the Mother's Amended Application in a Case and the Father's Response should be dismissed, and to address arrangements for the parties' child, X.

Gill J dismissed the Mother's Amended Application in a Case and the Father's Response. The court ordered that the existing week-about arrangement for X was to be resumed, with handover to the Father to occur the following day, in accordance with a previous order dated 8 November 2019.
