Hale and Wanden

In the matter of *Hale and Wanden*, heard before Guest J, the dispute concerned the living arrangements and care of a child born in June 2002. The father had filed an initiating application and affidavit on 31 December 2007, leading to the court's consideration of the child's welfare.

The court was required to determine the immediate living arrangements for the child and to reserve further consideration of the mother's time with the child. Additionally, the court needed to establish responsibility for the child's day-to-day care and general welfare.
