Hadid and Daneen

In the matter of *Hadid and Daneen*, heard before Johnston J, the dispute concerned parenting orders for three children, M, Z, and K. The mother sought orders for the children to live with her and for her to have sole parental responsibility. The father sought orders for time with the children.

The court was required to determine the living arrangements for the children, the allocation of parental responsibility, and the nature and extent of the father's time with the children, including any conditions or supervision requirements for that time.

Johnston J ordered that the children shall live with the mother and that the mother shall have sole parental responsibility for them. The father was granted specific periods of time with the children, including on their birthdays and on the last day of Ramadan, with the father to collect and deliver the children to a Police Station and for his time with them to be supervised by a member of his family. The father's time with the children was also to be in accordance with the children's wishes at any other time.
