Gulloway and Tarneit

In the matter of *Gulloway and Tarneit*, heard before Justice Cronin, the dispute concerned parental responsibility for a child born in December 2002. The proceedings culminated in a final hearing where the father did not attend.

The court was required to determine the appropriate orders regarding the parental responsibility for the child, considering the father's absence from the final hearing and the absence of any existing orders for him to spend time with or communicate with the child.
