Gordon and Gordon

In *Gordon and Gordon*, heard by Dessau J, the husband filed an application alleging contravention of a final order by the wife. The dispute concerned the wife's alleged failure to comply with certain family law orders.

The court was required to determine whether the wife had contravened the final orders as alleged by the husband. Specifically, the court had to consider two charges brought by the husband.
