Goldman and Goldman

In *Goldman and Goldman*, heard by Cleary J, the dispute concerned costs following earlier proceedings between the applicant father and the respondent mother. The court was required to determine which party should bear the costs associated with specific court events, namely the trial conducted over several days in February and March 2017, and the mother's application to re-open evidence in June 2017.

Cleary J ordered that the respondent mother pay the applicant father's costs on a party/party basis for the trial and the application to re-open evidence.
