Glady & Co Mental Health Support and National Disability Insurance Agency

Glady & Co Mental Health Support (the Applicant) sought the reinstatement of review proceedings previously dismissed by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (the Tribunal) for failure to appear at an earlier interlocutory hearing.
