Le Poer Trench J ordered that the wife be paid $100,000, to be satisfied by the sale of the parties' German sports car or other agreed-upon sources. The wife was given carriage of the sale of the vehicle, with directions for her legal representative to seek agreement on the sale price and method with the husband's representative, or to determine these matters herself if agreement could not be reached. The husband was ordered to deliver the vehicle, keys, and registration papers to the wife to facilitate the sale. Additionally, the court ordered weekly payments of $400 from surplus funds in the parties' mortgage account to the wife, noting that the characterisation of these payments as either interim property or interim spousal maintenance would be determined at the final hearing.
