Injunctions were granted restraining both parties from corresponding with BW Accountants, the Australian Taxation Office, or the Deputy Commissioner of Taxation concerning the Henderson Superannuation Fund or D Pty Ltd, unless written notice of the proposed correspondence was given to the other party and their written consent obtained. The wife was also ordered to provide further disclosure of insurance certificates and financial records for G Pty Ltd within 14 days. Further consideration of the applications was adjourned.
