Garland and Repatriation Commission (Veterans' entitlements)

The Administrative Appeals Tribunal considered the matter of Mrs Garland and the Repatriation Commission concerning eligibility for a Widow's Pension under the *Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986* (Cth).
