Garafolo and Pullman

The matter of *Garafolo and Pullman* concerned a dispute between a mother and father regarding their child. The proceedings were heard by McEvoy J.

The court was required to determine arrangements for the child's time with the mother, specifically in relation to significant family birthdays, and to address the mother's application filed on 17 February 2020.

By consent, the court ordered that the child spend time with the mother on the step-brother's birthday in June and the maternal grandmother's birthday in May, from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm each year. Any make-up time for these periods was to occur at the father's election. The court also ordered the mother to provide the child's immunisation records to the father within 48 hours. The mother's application dated 17 February 2020 was otherwise dismissed.
