Ganem and Ganem and Ors

In the matter of *Ganem and Ganem and Ors*, Aldridge J of the Family Court of Australia considered an application for costs made by the mother in relation to an application filed by the father seeking a stay. The father's application for a stay was filed on 12 March 2015.
