Gabriel and Gabriel

In the matter of *Gabriel and Gabriel*, heard before Rees J, the dispute concerned an application by the father for permission for the parties' two children, B and C, to travel overseas to Country D in Europe. The proposed travel dates were from 30 June 2017 to 16 July 2017.
