Forestry Legislation Amendment Act 2018 (NSW)

An Act to amend the Local Land Services Act 2013with respect to private native forestry; to amend the Forestry Act 2012 with respect to public native forestry and for other purposes; and to make consequential amendments to other Acts and instruments.

1Name of Act

This Act is the Forestry Legislation Amendment Act 2018.

2Commencement

This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.
