First Quality Products, Inc v Dawyn Import & Export Pty Ltd

First Quality Products, Inc. (the applicant) and Dawyn Import & Export Pty Ltd (the opponent) were parties to proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia concerning the distributorship of FEMTEX tampons.
