CaseChat Overview and Summary
The Commission assessed whether the agreement complied with the procedural fairness requirements and if it contained the necessary minimum terms and conditions as stipulated by the Act. Additionally, the Commission considered if the agreement was made in good faith and if it facilitated a productive workplace relationship between the employer and the employees. After reviewing the submissions from both parties and the content of the proposed agreement, the Commission concluded that the agreement was procedurally fair, contained the requisite minimum terms, and was made in good faith.
