In the matter of BRC 7499 of 2020, Mr Fenrich (the applicant) sought to set aside a binding child support agreement entered into with Ms Safor (the respondent). The application was heard by Baumann J.

The central legal issue before the court was whether the binding child support agreement dated 27 November 2019 should be set aside.

Baumann J ordered that the binding child support agreement be set aside, with the setting aside to be effective from 1 July 2020.
