In the matter of *Farrow & Farrow*, heard before Baumann J, the dispute concerned the compliance with previous court orders, specifically the delivery of a dog named J to the husband. The wife was ordered to take all necessary steps to immediately comply with Order 22 of the Orders dated 22 June 2020 by delivering the dog to the husband.

The court was required to determine the wife's compliance with the existing orders and to address the service of affidavits filed by the wife and her mother, Ms C, on specific individuals, namely Counsel Mr G and former solicitor Mr B. The court also considered the potential for these individuals to file responding evidence.

Baumann J ordered that the wife forthwith deliver the dog J to the husband. Furthermore, the wife was directed to serve her Affidavit and the Affidavit of Ms C on Mr G and Mr B by 4.00 pm on 10 August 2020. Should Mr G or Mr B wish to file evidence in response, they were to do so by 4.00 pm on 10 September 2020. The husband's Application in a Case filed 26 June 2020 was adjourned for hearing before Justice Forrest on 15 September 2020. The costs of the proceedings were otherwise reserved.
