Falzon and Falzon

In the matter of *Falzon and Falzon*, heard by Judge Young, the dispute concerned parenting arrangements and related financial and personal disclosure obligations. The court was required to consider the provision of evidence regarding completion of a parenting course and to make orders for further disclosure from the respondent mother.

The legal issues before the court included the respondent mother's history of drug use, any associated criminal offences, and pending charges, as well as her financial position.
