Erington and Erington

In the matter of *Erington and Erington*, heard by Cronin J, the dispute concerned applications filed by both the husband and the wife. The wife filed an application on 5 December 2017, to which the husband responded. The husband also filed his own application on 17 November 2017.

The central legal issue before the court was the determination of the applications and responses filed by each party. Specifically, the court was required to consider the wife's response to the husband's application and the husband's own application.

Cronin J dismissed paragraph 3 of the wife's response to the husband's application. Furthermore, any aspects of the husband's application and the remaining parts of the wife's response that had not been resolved were also dismissed.
