Eliezer v Sydney Water Corporation

The applicant, Eliezer, sought judicial review of decisions made by the Local Court of New South Wales (Small Claims Division) and subsequently by the District Court of New South Wales on appeal. The proceedings were heard by the Court of Appeal of New South Wales.
