Eichel and Bauer

In *Eichel and Bauer*, the Applicant Wife sought urgent spousal maintenance from the Respondent Husband. The matter came before Judge Scarlett.

Judge Scarlett ordered that the Respondent Husband pay the Applicant Wife the sum of $500.00 per week by way of urgent spousal maintenance. The first payment was to be made on Friday 18 July 2014, with subsequent payments to be made weekly thereafter, until further order of the court.
