Ega (Migration)

The applicant, Ega, sought review of a decision concerning a Medical Treatment (Visitor) (Class UB) visa, Subclass 602. The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) was required to determine whether it had jurisdiction to hear Ega's application for review.
