Ebraim and Ebreim

In the matter of *Ebraim and Ebreim*, heard before Cronin J, the dispute concerned applications relating to the welfare of two children, K and S. The mother sought leave to proceed in the father's absence and on an undefended basis, alongside orders restraining the removal of the children from Australia.
