Eastcott and the Estate of Kimball (deceased)

B Limited, as trustee for the Estate of Mr Kimball, was the respondent in proceedings brought by the applicant, Eastcott. The dispute concerned a claim by Eastcott against the Estate of Mr Kimball. The decision was made by Berman J.
