Eastbrook & Pelmar

In the matter of *Eastbrook & Pelmar*, heard by Young J, the dispute concerned family law proceedings between the applicant, Mr Eastbrook, and the respondent, Ms Pelmar.

The court also dismissed applications filed by the father on 11 March 2021 and the mother on 7 May 2021, vacated an interim hearing scheduled for 26 May 2021, and adjourned the matter for further directions on 17 September 2021. The Independent Children’s Lawyer was granted liberty to apply for further orders.
