E Pty Limited and Ors and Klearchos and Ors

In proceedings between E Pty Limited and the wife, and the husband and the wife, Johnston J of the Supreme Court of Western Australia considered an application filed on 10 November 2014. The husband was excused from the proceedings.

The court was required to determine the terms of orders to be made, including whether to dismiss the application, and to make orders concerning the wife's communication with certain individuals and staff, her occupation of a property, her visits to the property, and the use of quad bikes by the children.

Johnston J made orders dismissing the application filed on 10 November 2014. Further orders were made requiring the wife to confine her written communications to Mr and Ms EE and other staff, providing them with at least 48 hours' notice before intending to occupy the property. The wife was also ordered to confine her visits to the property to herself and the children. The wife undertook not to rent or lease the I Town property pending further order and without admission. Finally, all use of the quad bikes by the children was to be supervised by the wife.
