In *Duic v Duic*, the appeal concerned a dispute over the beneficial ownership of land. Consequently, the appeal was allowed, the cross-appeal was dismissed, and the orders of the court below were set aside and declared void. The court made declarations regarding the appellant's beneficial ownership and ordered the respondent to take steps to transfer the property to the appellant, pay mesne profits, and cover costs.
