In the matter of *Dobey & Shey*, heard before Judge Henderson, the dispute concerned interim spousal maintenance and interim property distribution. The wife had applied for these orders, and the court was required to determine the appropriate quantum and terms for interim spousal maintenance and the distribution of a specific asset.
