Discrimination (Amendment) Act 1994 (ACT)

The court held that these exceptions were clear and unambiguous, and therefore, the Director's decision to not include the applicant's name on the register due to their age did not contravene the Discrimination Act 1991 (ACT), as amended. The court dismissed the applicant's review application, confirming that the Director's decision was lawful under the amended Act.
