In *Diotr and Diotr*, Stevenson J of the Family Court of Australia determined property settlement orders between a husband and wife. The dispute concerned the division of assets and liabilities acquired during the marriage.

The court ordered that the husband pay the wife the sum of $90,700 within two months of the date of the orders. Otherwise, each party was declared solely entitled to all property in their respective possession.
