DGC18 v Minister for Home Affairs

The applicant, DGC18, sought judicial review of a decision by the Minister for Home Affairs concerning a protection visa application. The core of the dispute revolved around the validity of the applicant's protection visa application and whether the Migration Act 1958 (Cth) precluded the making of a further protection visa application.
