Deveraux and Deveraux

The case of *Deveraux and Deveraux* concerned a dispute between a husband and wife regarding the division of their property. The matter came before Stevenson J.

Stevenson J ordered that the funds held by D Hayward & Co. be distributed such that the husband received 78.8% and the wife received the remaining balance.
