Deane and Pace (No. 2)

This matter concerned an application for costs by Mr Deane against Ms Pace, following an earlier application for contravention filed on 16 December 2015. The proceedings were heard by Rees J.

The primary legal issue before the court was the quantum of costs to be awarded to Mr Deane in relation to the contravention application.
