This matter concerned an application before Judge Wilson of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. The dispute involved parenting arrangements for two children, X and Y, born in 2007 and 2010 respectively.

The court was required to determine the living arrangements for the children and the time they would spend with each parent. Specifically, the court needed to make orders regarding which parent the children would live with and the schedule for the children to spend time with the other parent.

In making its determination, the court ordered that the children live with the husband. Furthermore, commencing 20 February 2017, the children were to spend time with the wife during school terms on a fortnightly roster. This roster involved the children being with the wife from Friday afternoon until Monday morning in one week, and from Wednesday afternoon until Friday morning in the alternate week. The proceeding was subsequently transferred to the Melbourne Registry of the Family Court of Australia for further listing.
