Daniels and Daniels (No 2)

In *Daniels and Daniels (No 2)*, Dessau J of the Supreme Court of Victoria considered an application for costs following earlier orders made on 25 November 2009. The dispute concerned the division of matrimonial assets and the wife's entitlement to costs.

The primary legal issue before the court was whether the husband should be ordered to pay a portion of the wife's costs, and if so, from what source those costs should be paid.
