In the matter of *Czarkozvy and Czarkozvy*, heard before Cronin J, the wife sought leave to proceed with her property settlement application despite the husband's absence and the lack of service of a particular affidavit upon him. The court was also required to consider the reinstatement of the wife's property settlement application filed in 2003 and the husband's response filed in 2004.
