Curtain and Curtain

In *Curtain and Curtain*, heard by Macmillan J, the husband and wife were parties to proceedings concerning property settlement. The husband had filed an application on 19 February 2014, and the wife had filed a response on 5 March 2014.

The central legal issue before the court was whether to dismiss the applications filed by both the husband and the wife, with the exception of any application for costs.

Macmillan J ordered that the husband's application filed on 19 February 2014 and the wife's response filed on 5 March 2014 be dismissed. This dismissal was to apply to all aspects of those applications, save and except for any application that either party might make concerning costs.
