Csillag v Woollahra Council (No 2)

The case of Csillag v Woollahra Council (No 2) involved a dispute over the validity of a development consent granted by the Woollahra Municipal Council. The applicants challenged the validity of the regranting and sought to have the consent revoked. The case was heard in the Land and Environment Court of New South Wales.
