Coulbeck and Pins

In the matter of *Coulbeck and Pins*, heard by Gill J, the dispute concerned financial orders sought by the Applicant, Ms Coulbeck, against the Respondent, Mr Pins.

The court was required to determine the appropriate financial orders to be made between the parties, specifically concerning the division of property and the payment of sums by the Respondent to the Applicant.

Gill J ordered that the Respondent pay to the Applicant the sum of $65,000 within 60 days, with interest accruing at 7.50 per cent on any outstanding amount thereafter. Further, the Respondent was ordered to pay the Applicant the sum of $84,048 within four months of the date of the orders, also with interest accruing at the same rate on any unpaid balance.
