Cooper v Comcare

Cooper, the applicant, sought leave to appeal against a decision of the Federal Court which had dismissed his claim for compensation under the Commonwealth's Public Sector Superannuation (Commonwealth Authorities and Companies) Act 1991. The Federal Court had found that the applicant had failed to establish the necessary causal link between an injury and the employment conditions as required by the Act.
